Kutztown buzzing with change
The days of unseasonably warm weather encouraged me to take a trip to Kutztown.
The Berks County borough is in the midst of a retail renaissance. Several Main Street storefronts got a face-lift and there are new merchants catering to daytrippers and nearby Kutztown University.
