Frying Dutchman fills doughnut hole in Kutztown
While most engaged couples are wrapped up in wedding plans, Emily A. Bolasky, 22, and Michael Reitnour, 29, both of Kutztown, are more concerned about state Labor & Industry regulations.
That's because for the past several months, the couple have been preparing to open a business in Kutztown.
The Frying Dutchman Donut Shop and College Town Bakery opened March 7.
